Non-contact Transfer NCT Series

• No contact means no pad marks or scratches left on the workpiece.
• Aerated or somewhat bumpy workpieces can also be handled by this system.

Ionizer Blow type series

• Can remove static charge steadily and speedily from pinpoint to wide area !!
• The Compact Blow Type has achieved smaller size and lighter weight with 30 percent reduced volume and 35 percent reduced weight respectively, compared to the conventional type.
• Due to the use of nozzles, static charge can be removed from pinpoint area to the wide workpieces, and no damage will be caused to the device components because of no electric field concentration.
• Also, by removing static charge, dirt and dust generated in the processes of assembling, manufacturing, machining and repairing, the yield and productivity of production lines would be greatly improved.
